Remote consultation pilot to launch in Tiraspol clinic branches on November 2
A remote consultation pilot will begin in the branches of Tiraspol clinics on November 2.

Starting November 2, branches of City Clinic No. 3 and No. 5 in Tiraspol will begin offering remote patient consultations on a pilot basis.
This format allows patients to adjust their treatment based on a previously established in-person diagnosis or to receive an opinion from another specialist.
The process includes scheduled appointments, video sessions within a secure service, and the issuance of medical conclusions. Therapy adjustments are permitted only if a diagnosis has already been made during an in-person visit; remotely, patients may seek a second opinion from another specialist.
Consultations are conducted through the IDC Matrix information system. Both patients and doctors must download it onto their phones or computers. Video consultations are prioritized because specialists need to visually assess the patient's condition. The messenger, developed by IDC company specialists, is secure and confidential.
The pilot project combines three elements: scheduling, secure video sessions, and receiving medical conclusions. Remote therapy adjustments are possible only after an in-person diagnosis, while second opinions can be obtained from other specialists.
