Yandex's Pomoshch Ryadom Charity Foundation has launched a new specialized online platform designed to streamline the employment process for people with disabilities and health conditions.

The resource brings together practical guides for employers, methodological materials for non-profit organizations, and digital tools for job seekers themselves. The platform is designed to bridge the information gap between businesses, the non-profit sector, and people looking for work. All information on the resource is structured into thematic sections for maximum ease of navigation. The section for employers contains step-by-step guides that help not only to understand the legal aspects of employment quotas but also to make workflows truly accessible. The materials provide specific examples of workplace adaptation: installing screen-reading software for blind employees, mandating subtitles in video instructions for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, and adapting tasks and schedules for employees with mental health conditions. A separate section is dedicated to the work of non-profit organizations. It compiles instructions on how to effectively help people with health conditions enter the open labor market. The section covers the entire support cycle, from psychological assistance and career guidance to post-employment support. Special attention is paid to strategies for building dialogue with businesses to find vacancies that truly match the qualifications and interests of a specific candidate, thereby ensuring long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation. The platform will also be useful for job seekers with disabilities. The resource gathers up-to-date information on employment options and integrates modern digital assistants. For example, the AI assistant Alice can help structure and write a resume tailored to a specific job opening, while a built-in AI editor will check the cover letter for errors and simplify complex phrasing, reducing some of the stress associated with the job search process.

Who is affected

Платформа доходчиво объясняет бизнесу, что инклюзия - это не просто формальное закрытие квоты на бумаге, а конкретные, порой очень простые действия, такие как использование скринридера или добавление субтитров в обучающие материалы.
