Dubossary Center for the Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs Marks 20 Years of Operation
Twenty years without equal: the Dubossary children's rehabilitation center remains unique to the region

In Dubossary, the local Center for the Rehabilitation of Children with Special Needs has marked two decades of operation. Having no equivalent not only in Transnistria but also in neighboring countries, the institution today serves as a key hub for families and acts as a methodological guide for educators.
Geography and scale of support. Currently, around fifty children from the Grigoriopol and Dubossary districts attend regular classes. The institution's doors are also open to children from other settlements across the republic. Alongside providing practical help to children, the center has evolved into a comprehensive methodological hub where specialized professionals receive essential consulting and organizational support.
Official celebrations and future prospects. The official anniversary events are scheduled to be held at a later date. The centerpiece of the celebration will be a specialized pedagogical conference. Experts from special education institutions across Transnistria will gather at the forum to exchange experience and outline future steps.
Over its twenty-year journey, the Dubossary center has not only maintained its unique status but also significantly expanded its reach, becoming a vital part of the social protection and education system. The upcoming conference will be a logical continuation of this mission, bringing professionals together to further develop the inclusive environment.
